Compact, sturdy, easy to use. But within 6 months I started noticing a burning smell and ultimately smoke.Contacted customer service, they were responsive and offered to send out a replacement motor. Got the parts and it took about 45 minutes to swap out.Tried the treadmill again and within less than 2 hours of use the motor started making the same burning smell and overheated the housing. Contacted customer service again and this time they sent replacement motor and board.Spent an hour swapping them out. And again within 30 minutes of use burning and smoke from the unit. (Horrible smelling by the way and took a couple weeks to get smell out of my rug)Contacted customer service again and they still won’t offer a refund or replacement unit… just parts. Directed me to Amazon, but of course at this point it’s been months and Amazon won’t offer a refund.A treadmill is a big purchase and something you expect to have for years. Sadly something that seemed so good at first flamed out so quickly and has turned out to be a big waste of money and my time trying to fix it.While Asuna’s customer service is friendly and responsive, the company ultimately seems to be ineffective. It’s heavy, but has wheels that go in four directions so it’s easy to move out of the way. Very sturdy and feels great.The remote will work, but it’s not preprogrammed. You need to hold down the minus button till the treadmill beeps twice to pair it.
