Decent sleeves The fit well as per the size chart, seems well made and offer decent support They are as comfortable as surrounding your knee with rubber? Can be and helped when my knee was playing up. Can attest to it warming my knees as the micro climate that was present post workout can verify. But they wash and dry quick and are cracking value for money.

Support of the knees
Great quality and price. They support your knees really well and so comfortable to wear. They have made a huge difference to what I can do and totally forgot the knee pain

They help, but not breathable
They certainly help with patella support. In winter they also help by keeping your knees very warm. The reason for not giving 5 stars is that, after about 3 miles of walking they get very sweaty around the knee. They do not seem to be at all breathable.

Good quality item
These are robust knee sleeves. Very happy with them. I’ve started a weight training class (for menopausal women) A game changer for the dodgy knees.

Very good and supportive
Bought these for my husband for his gym use, he said these are really good and fit comfortably. He said the outer packaging when it was delivered wasn’t very safe as it was just the packet the sleeves come in with a printed label for delivery on it. It would have been very easy for anyone to open it and try to take these.

Bought the 5mm. Easy to put on and provide decent support . I also have a 7mm one from another manufacturer. These are good enough for the price point . Good value for money

Great Protection
Used for squatting as well as sports. Great knee protection. Definitely recommend if you have knee pain. Would recommend to purchase a size to two smaller than fitted for squats and sports use. Easy to slide on and very effective. Very durable as it hasn’t deformed nor has the fit enlarged nor shrunk.
