a bit bitter and will clump a bit
Acai has a reputation as a super food, but from what I can gather it is no better than blueberries. I've decided that I'm not going to use it in the recipe I've created, and will instead use freeze dried organic wild blueberries. The costs seem comparable if you correct for portion.

I was looking for something that would allow me to make my own açaí bowls, and it is worked very well for that. I wish their website offered more recipe options, but that’s a minor thing. I certainly intend to buy it again. Also, it arrived very promptly. Description: it’s a small envelope containing a deep purple powder with a measuring scoop.
