I have taken a prescription for weight loss before and when I was younger it worked very well. Now as I’m getting older I found it didn’t work quite as well and almost left me more hungry than taking away my appetite. So I decided to give these a try I had heard around that they were good for energy and appetite control, they definitely give you good energy I recommend not drinking too much caffeinated beverages as I did and it left me with a hard time getting to sleep.The most that I have taken is 2, and that works good for me. Sometimes I get a bit of a headache with these. So I do not take them every day. Price is good. Appetite control is there, sometimes they cause nausea.So that’s why I gave them a 4 ⭐️

Product works as expected. All packaging and seals were intact upon arrival. I have bought Stacker 2 capsules for years but in the 4 pill blister pack but I was only taking them like trucker pills, for an energy boost. The bottle was more convenient once I started taking 1 capsule twice a day to cut some fluff before standing up in a wedding.I didn't step on a scale or anything but I wanted to drop an inch or so off my waist so my summer shorts wouldn't be tight from what's left of my "winter layer". I take one capsule with each of my first two meals every day, 6 hours apart. I cut the amount of food I was eating and was hungry as a result. The Stackers definitely help me to feel less hungry. And the energy was off the charts to begin with! After a week or so I got used to them and it tapered off. Now I get a good solid energy boost but without too much.
