Review: No continuous live streaming - Purchased as a baby montior for our baby. Product is useless due to live view cutting out after 3 minutes and having to close and reopen app to get it streaming again which no one needs at 3am. Was led to believe you could have continous streaming via using the LAN live view option which Ezviz Support advised the BM1 has, however after messing around with this for weeks they have now reported the the BM1 does not have this function but due to being outside warranty period they have refused refund and have directed me back to the seller... which is them. Complete waste of money and useless customer service. Would give it 0 stars if possible.

Amazing ...! Really happy with the product !

Purchased as a baby montior for our baby. Product is useless due to live view cutting out after 3 minutes and having to close and reopen app to get it streaming again which no one needs at 3am. Was led to believe you could have continous streaming via using the LAN live view option which Ezviz Support advised the BM1 has, however after messing around with this for weeks they have now reported the the BM1 does not have this function but due to being outside warranty period they have refused refund and have directed me back to the seller... which is them. Complete waste of money and useless customer service. Would give it 0 stars if possible.

This is a pretty good camera and does what you need it to. It’s one setback is the voice notifications on it are really loud, so when switching it off you pray your baby isn’t a light sleeper
