These are the best insoles ever
These insoles are God sent. Dr. Schulz had a very good insole which they quit making, but these are even better. My feet is very comfortable at the end of the day.

It does what it says it supposed to do. Guaranteed relief.
I have been buying this product for about 4 years now. I work at a hospital 12 hr. Shifts and I could not do this job without the arch support. When my son started complaining about his feet I purchased him a set then his girlfriend also started to complain about her feet standing for hours. We continue to be customers for life. Runs small, otherwise fine
I bought 8-8.5 and it was way too small (I wear a solid 8.5 in all sizes). Either because of that or just unrelated, the arch support hit the wrong spot for me. The support would probably be worthwhile if it was in the right spot I compared it to my worn out Nike insoles and the support looked much stronger. I recommend buying larger than you need and cutting down to size if you can They easily slipped into my Nikes once I took the old insoles out. They were a good value for the money IF they were properly fitted I think
