Also the upgrade will work only with the unit connected to USB 3.0 port - when connected to newer variants of the USB port the tool was crashing before performing the firmware upgrade. When paired with a good pair of I.E.M's the sound can be astounding , there is however one caveat, not all phones have the ability to interface to this leading to stuttering sound and playing slow.
