That being said, the quality of the paint is probably the worst I think I can ever remember seeing. Along with looking absolutely terrible, it started chipping off in large chunks as I removed them from the packaging. So bad I remember saying “what the ..ck!” As this is a product for crafty people, if you have the patience, they can look decent… with a bit of work. I had to grind off all of the paint, sand them smooth, and then repaint them with even light coats, with some quality paint. They should have just left them unpainted if they couldn’t do an even half decent job. After some work I think they came out looking pretty good. I definitely would have returned them if they hadn’t been half the price of the more reputable brand. As I have shown, they CAN look good if you are willing to do a bit of work to save some cash.
