Barbie & Ken Fashions 2-Pack Clothing & Accessories Set, 1 Swimsuit, Sarong & Visor for Barbie Doll & 1 Tropical Shirt, Swimsuit & Shoes for Ken Doll

Out of all the Barbie fashion packs I've purchased, this is one of my favorites! I love that the rainbow swimsuit fits "curvy" and "traditional" Barbie bodies, since I had difficulty finding swimsuits that fit BOTH bodies (curvy Barbie has larger thighs, waist, and bust measurements than traditional Barbie, but she fit most of the new fashion packs that I got for her. This one was a special treat because the Ken outfit fit her perfectly, too!) Also, the material is good quality and the patterns aren't pixelated-- it's almost like a 1/6 scale version of human clothes. The Barbie outfit included a rainbow swimsuit, a sunset-colored waist shawl, and a plastic sun visor (no Barbie shoes were included and the green flipflops only fit Ken, womp womp.) I had to pull the white straps very tightly over my curvy doll to make the swimsuit stay up and cover the bust, but it fit! The swimsuit closed in the back and the material did not get stretched out, either, because it stretches slightly. In my opinion, if you get a set that doesn't fit curvy Barbie, ask for a return or exchange-- it's supposed to fit curvy Barbie, and it looks so cool on her! In this set, the Ken outfit was my favorite in this set: red-and-orange "sunrise" swim trunks, green jelly flipflops, and a Hawaiian-inspired shirt with a non-pixelated pineapple-and-mango print. The shirt and swim trunks are made of a stiff fabric similar to the vintage 1960s Ken outfits I own, except that the boxers have a stretchy waistband and the shirt lacks buttons. The shorts fit my traditional Ken and barely fit my muscular "Looks" Ken. However, I think the Ken outfit looked best on curvy Barbie! Everything fit her like a glove, except for the flipflops (which were too big for Barbie and only fit Ken's feet.) I added a cropped white t-shirt (from Barbie Extra #9 underneath. These add-ons also fit Ken (including the 80s-style crop top), but they aren't part of this fashion pack (it would be great if Mattel could add shirts to their shirtless fashion packs, because it makes the outfits more versatile.) These pieces layer so well that Barbie could technically wear Ken's outfit over her swimsuit as a cover-up (except for the flip-flops.) She would look just like a surfer girl! Overall, I love this outfit set-- it's one of my all time favorites!!

This is a great beach set for Ken! My grandkids love having another outfit for their Ken dolls.

And is too loose on a made to move barbie. But they are nice outfits and worth the money

Ken's shirt material was a little thin and felt like cheap quality but once worn, it's fine. I may have just had some highh expectations since it's original Barbie brand. His slides/slippers fit perfectly which was cool. It didn't come off. Love Barbie's swimsuit which is a haltered style. Comes with a velco sarong. Great summer outfit for both.
