Really love these, effective and don’t me make feel sick. I usually take multivitamins first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, and a lot of other multivitamins make me feel really ill so these are great if you want something you can take anytime without needing to worry about how full you are. I personally don’t mind the size of the tablets and do not find them hard to swallow, I have included a picture of Vaseline for size next to the tablets. They are fairly large though so if you struggle with this these may be too big. Not really any flavour either bar just tasting a bit starchy. In terms of energy, I used to take these years ago but stopped as they are a tad expensive and since using serval other product I’ve not noticed a difference in energy level like I have with these. Pretty much the same day I started taking these again, I’ve noticed a bigger energy boost. For reference I’m and in my 20’s and generally in good health, I mainly struggle with energy and iron levels. Would definitely recommend these, they are well worth the cost. Plus the packing is really cute!

I've waited a while before leaving a review to see if there was any impact. Ive been taking them for over 2 months now and i have seen substantial benefits. I don't feel as tired and lethargic in the evenings after work, i am sleeping considerably better and my skin and hair feel much better, i was losing quite a lot of hair when washing it. Im 59, been through the menopause but still on HRT so you can get an idea where I am in my life. Yes, the tablets are big but they are really easy to swallow, just slide down. Ive recommended these to a few friends of mine. £10 a month to feel this much better.... a bargain!

Big tablets but with a glass of water easy to swallow.Only been taking for a few days but actually feel less fatigued so hopefully they are doing their job. A bit more expensive but no nasty additives or bulking agents.Easy to take 2 tablets daily.Great quality and what every woman needs for all round health .skin hair and nails too!

The size of these may have deterred some people from purchasing these and I would like to reassure everyone that although these may seem off putting, they are surprisingly easy to take due to a coating on them. I purchased these as they contain majority of essential vitamins and supplements and these were cheaper than purchasing numerous vitamins individually. I was a little concerned by the size of tablets as I sometimes struggle to take tablets myself, even common pain relief tablets cause issues. These I decided if I had a problem I would break in half and take them. However I tried to take them entire with small glass of water and was surprised that I barely noticed them being swallowed. No issues at all and feel great, no taste or aftertaste. To early to say that I feel 20 years younger and fitter, but perhaps in time?

Great vitamins. I have been taking these for almost 2 years and have them on subscription. Pills are quite big, but ok to swallow and you get used to them. They do not taste of anything. My skin has never looked better! Highly recommend!!

My negative was the collagen, as this product contributed to a significant change in my urine. I have never had any issues with odour, but this caused a fishy smell, and a cloudy appearance which ceased within days of not taking them. I also noticed that my scalp became extremely dry and flaky, another symptom which i previously had not experienced or suffered from. Having taken other marine collagen supplements in the past and not suffered from any side effects,i personally must be sensitive to this particular product. As for my energy levels skin and hair, yes, a significant improvement and my nails grew quickly and stronger, also the hyaluronic acid was very beneficial for my Dry eyes, due to a decline in my oestrogen levels. This is my personal experience and opinion,but i would recommend you give it a try especially as the price tag is excellent. Just be mindful in regards to any reactions caused by the collagen.

This one pack of multivitamins has replaced about 5-6 tablets I used to take! I’ve been taking them for almost a month and I seem to be sleeping better and waking up with more energy. I also feel my general health has improved. Happy days!

Die Tabletten sind leicht zu schlucken. Bereits nach einer Woche fühlte ich mich tatsächlich fitter und die Haut fühlt sich besser an. Hab sie gleich wieder nachbestellt

Geschmacksneutral, sehr groß!!!, bei Kontakt mit Licht entstehen sofortige Reaktionen in Firm von dunklen Punkten (vermutlich das Eisen)
