Does refillable cartridge easy to refillable

Yes. When the cartridge runs out of labels, simply pull it apart, put on a new roll, and snap it back together.

Is the dk-1202 compatible with ql-800 or ql-810w?

Yes I use it with the QL-810W and it works great. The only thing to be aware of when using the QL-810W is that printer can print black and red only when using specific paper. If you use this particular paper with the QL-810W you will only be able to print in black.

How many feet of tape per role?

It's ridiculous that they don't tell you but I think it's 100 ft

How many labels are there in a row?

It is a continuous roll of labeling that cuts to the size your printer designates. Our printer is used to create check-in name tags for children at our church that are 3" long, but it also prints a 1" parent security tag.
