I have bought this product several times. I cut the roll into 5' lengths (yields about 30 bands). These Therabands last about 2 years before I have to replace them. They get a lot of use.

Very helpful for strengthening muscles and ligaments after injury or surgery.

Husband needed new bands as he continues working on the exercises from PT. This roll allows him to cut to desired length and can periodically replace them.

These bands are used in our yoga class. The resistance is perfect for our needs. It was easy to cut the desired length and we have plenty of spare!

I use this stuff for physical therapy exercises for my shoulder. I think it is about the right tension for that. But the exercises—which I do every time I lift weights—involves looping about 5-6 feet of it around a doorknob, then closing the d door and pulling. That tends to abrade the band so that it inevitably snaps. I can tie it together a couple of times, but eventually, I have to cut another piece. It’s a lot less expensive to get a big roll.

Lo peor es que Amazon tiene desactivada la opción de regresar el artículo y compré dos cajas.La resistencia a estirarse es prácticamente la misma, pero la durabilidad es muchísimo menor.
