Super cute first of all. The skulls eye sockets are cut out which gives it a edgy vibe. The material is everything. I got caught on a hook and tugged on it but it didn't ripped.

Pretty, but itchy.
I should have expected this from the price, but, while pretty, the tights are very itchy. That's pretty much the only downside to these tights, being that the skull patterns do not stretch much or warp when the tights are on, and they're quite sturdy, so it still gets 4 stars from me!
