Review: Interesting little book - My grandma made Welsh cakes when we were younger and sadly when she passed her recipe could not be found and my Mom wasn't as interested in baking so she did not have it. When I saw this it sparked an interest in me and had to buy. I haven't made anything yet but there is a picture that looks just like her cakes. There are other interesting recipes as well. Nice purchase!

Tiny little book with a very good welshcake recipe and variations. Lovely pictures. I made the standard recipe and the tinker's cake and both were easy and delicious.
