Is this product Kosher dairy?

Yes, I wrote to the company yesterday, Sunday, Jan. 22 and received my reply this morning , stating "Yes, all our products are certified Kosher. We hope you enjoy them!" I hope this will be helpful to everyone!!

How many gallons does this make when reconstituted?

The can says it has 15 servings at 1/3 cup. Each 1/3 cup is to be mixed with 8 ounces of water. So 15 - 8 oz servings would be 120 oz just shy of a gallon. However, that depends on if you would like the consistency at the suggested 1/3 cup. I have only used it once trying to make hot chocolate but it didn't go well. Hope this helps. Would I buy it again - probably not unless I got the plain milk for baking or something.

Shouold this be refrigerated after opening?

Nowhere on the package does it state to refrigerate after opening. Just keep it in a cool dry place.

I think all milk powders are pasteurized because of the way they milk powder is made
