This lovely rose was embossed and then painted by hand onto veg-tanned leather. The background was painted in gold. The leather piece was then cemented into a silver plated round bezel tray and attached to a red suede necklace strand. The round leather bezel is roughly an inch and a half in diameter, and the necklace strand is 20", but can extend to 23" in length. No machines are ever harmed in the making of our leather art. Each piece is cut, tooled, carved, stamped, painted and conditioned by hand. Since all our leather goods are handmade using primitive tools, no two items are ever truly alike. Please note that there may be slight color variances depending on the angle of the camera and/or your computer monitor settings.
