I had my first full blown attack of vertigo about 10 years ago - hit me while I was at work - I just turned my head to look at someone coming into my office and the spins started. I made it home to lie down (left side only - right side made it worse) and ride it out; it went away after a few hours. I'd only had 2 or 3 episodes since then, but in the last year I started getting short bouts of the spins and nausea (usually lasting between 5 to 30 seconds) for every day movements, rolling over in bed, tilting my head back in the shower to rinse shampoo, leaning over to pick something up, etc. Although I haven't had a true 'episode' for a while, the mini-spins turned into an almost daily occurrence, which was pretty annoying. I found these capsules and have been taking them for a few weeks - been taking one a day (directions say two, but one is working), and no more daily spins! I will continue to order these and take as part of my daily supplement regimen. Very happy these are so effective, and all natural herbal and vitamin ingredients. When I ordered these capsules I also ordered some Nature's Fusion - Vertigo - essential oil blend (smells ahhhhmazing), to have as backup for future vertigo attacks. Hopefully, between the capsules and the oil, I'll be able to avoid future episodes of vertigo and the misery that goes with it. I'll come back and update if they stop working...fingers and toes crossed they don't!

I bought this because I have menieres disease. It made my symptoms significantly worse.

Seemed to work at first, then I got itchy welts on my shoulders. I am assuming I was allergic to one of the ingredients so I stopped using it and threw out the last of the pills.

fast delivery and seems to help with vertigo. Easy to take without a after taste.

It's so so not good enough

I really don't know yet. I have only taken it for 3 days. So far so good
