Yes! In the men's Superspeed training system the clubs are 45". The long drive clubs are 48.75". Additionally, both the light and the heavy "clubs" are 5 grams heavier in the Long Drive option.

Ok i'm 70 and losing swing - i work out and i'm in really good shape for a senior! think this program will work?
