It's okay for retinol begginers....but excess of retinol use cause my skin flaky...even after my skin accepted the retinol.. I'm used this 2 month after the month my skin barrier damaged....so don't use regularly

Good for beginners u can see the the difference after couple of weeks of use for some people it irritate the skin for u can use once a week then two days then so on
