I buy the microwave 10 months ago and now is broken. No one respond me what can I do and how to proceed for the warranty. I'm very disappointed

Ordered on Amazon.ae; Microwave oven was properly packed & delivered - nothing to complain. BUT Product doesn’t work after not even 2 weeks in use; light & motor for plate rotation do work normally - so it’s definitely not the power source. meals are not heated at all anymore; so obviously the Magnetron is gone; For a return of this inoperative low quality product, even being within outlined eligible return period a time intensive show up at an outlined service Centre seems to be mandatory to get a certificate of damage. My clear recommendation - don’t buy this article

Good build quality for a pretty cheap microwave. Keep in mind I have to tilt my mid sized platter by3-5° to fit it inside the oven door as the door is a bit small but inside it fits fine. If u don't wanna deal with that situation go for something above 20L+

The oven was on offer when i had purchased it and this is a great product and works great and meets my requirements
