I absolutely love this baking mat. I use it 4 to 5 times a week. I don’t have to flour it, nothing sticks to it. It is very easy to clean. The measurements that are on it make it very helpful when I’m rolling out tortillas or making cinnamon rolls. It folds up does not take up a lot of space. It doesn’t slide around on the counter. I love the pretty blue color. I really can’t say enough about this baking mat. It is a great size and I’m so happy I bought it.

This mat is great for making pastry. It is smooth and stable on the counter. It is also easy to clean, and stores folded flat in a drawer.

Exactly what I was looking for. It's easy to clean, stays in place and is easy to store. Size was perfect for my kitchen. The only negative...pastry sticks to it unless you use flour. Not a real problem for me as I prefer to roll out my dough with flour anyway, but it may be a problem for some people. All in all, I'm very satisfied with this affordable product.

Great Matt for making bread and pastries. Nice and thin so it is easy to store. Just be careful if using a sharp knife. Has markings for sizing which can come in handy.

This product is great. It is easy to know if you have rolled your pie crust to the correct size. The mat also stays in place while you are working.

They really are extra thick! First I bought a different baking mat from another vendor. The pictures looked identical to this one. Same color, same printed designs - but it cost less. It was very thin! Only 20 thousandths of an inch. (0.5mm) It seemed fragile. So I bought 2 of these extra thick mats. One medium and one large. They are twice the thickness of the previous mat. They measure 40 thousandths of an inch (1mm). They are thick enough that I'm not worried about it being damaged by my rolling pin, but they are thin enough to fold up and store in a drawer. Mike

Purchased after reading favourable reviews in particular for bread making. After 2 weeks of daily use I Wasted my money, it does peel back for me when kneading and for me t least was more of hindrance than help in shaping. I’ll use it for a bin liner.

Excellent mat, keeps stuck to the side when kneading dough or rolling out pastry and makes the kitchen counter top much easier to clean
