After years of different probiotics, I came across reasearch regarding “spore producing probiotics” and wanted to try this brand as the most recommended NOT by or sponsored by the companies involved. I looked at the Bio K that I’d been using which had ONLY lacto-related strains. And it’s expensive! Not harmful but not getting anywhere in particular. This product which contains ALL 3 spore producing probiotics has changed my intestinal integrity such that the entire lower intestine is cleaned and and positively conditioned. Be aware, however, that I also take my own fiber formula focused on omega 3 EFA’s because of the over predominance of omega 6 oils which throws the proper ratio off which , for me and many others has proven to increase pain where injury or disease includes chronic pain no longer supported by the govt agencies focused on addiction rather than the responsible use of medication which with real damage and associated pain present, there is no addiction. In other words, pain patients are not getting high. They are simply trying to survive and rebuild their lives after trauma and, in my case multiple traumas and 20 years losses to suffering of the highest order. In any case, this product does deliver and while not inexpensive, it’s far more costly to use ineffective probiotics. It’s worth the price and yet hope it comes down some day.

I’ve been using this 3 Bioma for a couple months now and I am loving this product. I wish it were a little bit cheaper. It would make it easier for the two of us to be using it at the same time here at the house, but you don’t quit what works! And this WORKS within 3-5 days for me and my partner!

After an intestinal surgery, I have had a great deal of intestinal distress. After reading the review of this product, I decided to try it.It has made a huge difference. I highly recommend it.

I can't believe how little information is offered in regards to this product. The label on the bottle tells the buyer to direct any questions on how to take this product .. time of day, empty stomach or with food ... to his doctor. I bought this based on what I saw in a "study" which compared probiotics on the market, and 3Biome was the highest rated inthe top five. Supposedly it did not have some of the side effects, like bloating and gas. Why not put that right on the bottle instead of giving my PCP one more job to do. I am pretty sure he/she doesn't have time to consult patientson every supplement they are considering.

I had such high hopes. First week nothing changed then the 2nd week... it was horrible. The worst smelling gas I ever had. Also kept going to the bathroom just a little at a time but mostly gas gas and more gas. Mine if going in the trash!

I have suffered from IBS for about a year and nothing my doctor suggested ever worked. I started using 3Biome about a month ago, using the serious IBS dosage (2 capsules twice a) and my issues are very much improved! Using a well researched probiotic product makes all the difference!!
