Based on our experience we opted for the EasyAcc product and during its use it has been effective in collecting moisture, better than other brands that we have. Their products are less noisy than others (no humidifier in the price bracket is quiet in our experience) and their design is neat. Unfortunately, however, after a few months the dehumidifier became noisy, sounding as if part of the fan was loose. We contacted EasyAcc and they took our concerns seriously and, after having shared a video clip providing evidence of the noise, they immediately agreed to provide a replacement.
