This thing is awesome! Adds a very professional look and feel to our packages unboxing experience, which I feel like totally steps up our game as a small buisness.*Tip* make a bunch at a time as the 2 end ones (first bag and last) will always be flat due to the way you tare them off.It's totally not a problem, but I learned to do this to save a little money on packaging materials.

The second time of using the product with the plastic bubbles provided, machine randomly stopped working. I had to turn the machine off for an hour before it would start working again.When I went to get replacement bubbles, I was not able to locate them on Amazon. All of them are designed for a smaller diameter hole for the bubble feeder. I reached out to Customer Service multiple times and only got a computer generated answer saying we can’t help you.
