I bought this watch for my daughter for Christmas and it’s the best purchase I’ve bought! The battery life is amazing as she wears it daily and doesn’t run out - she wears it to school which is when I put it on school mode so it doesn’t distract her during working time. The parent app is a must for me. It helps me track her through GPS live tracking when I want to know where she is when out with friends, grandparents or her dad. She often has competitions with myself on how many steps we’ve done daily ( she always wins ). We are forever sending selfies to each other and it’s so reassuring that we can call each other whenever we need to speak to each other. We have saved the most important people in her contacts which means we can call her and leave voice messages for her to listen to. Also a must on this product that sold me was the SOS button, if she presses that it notifies her emergency contacts of her location and lets us know she needs help! 100% recommend for your child aged between 5 and 12 years old!

I got this watch for my seven year olds daughter’s birthday - she wanted a smart watch like mummy. A friend of mine had bought one for her child and recommended it to me. The watch is great for monitoring steps and GPS location - you can also add a SIM card and sign up for the registration service, and take part in step and activity challenges but you don’t need this - you can still use the watch via a wi-fi service and the Xplora go app. The battery lasted quite well after a full charge. We did find the watch quite bulky though, especially for my daughters small wrists. That being said she still loves it and enjoys wearing it often.

It's great if your kids roam around the streets and you know how far they can go without the worry of them being taken. But for me. 300 meter minimum is an area far to great for a safety zone for my daughter who plays just around the block. Someoke could take her and be far to gone before I would even get notified and then it states its not in real time and there could be a delay. Reception is shocking indoors too. Could call from the phone. But nothing on the watch. Messages were ok. But I like to call. Sending back. Won't bother. Just wish Currys had them in stock to try out before wasting my time.

First that arrived had very poor gps tracking and battery lasted a few hours only- about 7 hours. Got a refund and ordered a second which was only slightly better and sent that back too. However Xplora got in touch and send me a third and a free gift which work great. Also have friends who are happy with theirs so I think we were exceptionally unlucky. If you order it and you’re not happy do get in touch with Xplora as their customer service (unprompted in our case) was excellent. Would give five stars if the first one was good as the third but like I said I think we were unlucky.

My little girl is 6 and absolutely loves the fact she can ring mum and dad. The camera is so clear. I can always know we're she is due to the GPS location tracker. Great battery life amazing for the money. Very child friendly. So easy to use. Little games on there also. Over the moon with this watch and would recommend to anyone. Comes in many colours we got the blue.

It’s an amazing product if you’re a parent that doesn’t want your kid to have a phone yet but need to keep track of them walking home from school etc BUT it broke within two weeks (says NO SIM) and the SIM card case broke while trying to eject the sim while using the designated tool to eject it. No reply to my email from Xplora either. A friend who got it for their kid said it broke too and took ages for Xplora to send them new one. Now I’m a bit stuck as kid goes to all these activities and i might have to get her a phone or whole new device so I know she’s safe as Xplora haven’t replied.

My little boy always wants to wear my smart watch so was so happy when he saw he had a watch just like mine! There is so many ways to use it but my little boy is still a little young for most features. We will explore these more when he’s older. He loves making calls and receiving them! The camera is also another favourite of his. Perfect gift and lovely accessory.

Utterly useless customer service. Robot chat and never answer back. Human chat available for a few hours in the middle of the day. No possibility of speaking to anyone. Terribly unintuitive set up. If you still feel like you want to buy one, don’t order one without a SIM card. Took two weeks to receive, needs to be their own sim or you get penalised and have to pay them 100sek per week to use another. SIM card finally arrived but not possible to use the messages as only I can receive them, my wife is unable to set up an account for her. Garbage. Utter garbage. Amazon on the other hand were fantastic and replaced a watch that was broken almost immediately and without charge or question.

El reloj está muy bien cuando no quieres darle un móvil aún a tu hijo. Le falta un poco más de opciones a la hora de la comunicación pero cumple su función bastante bien.

Update: The company sent me a new watch with a SIM that they promised would work. Indeed, it did work! I really like this watch for my 7 year old son. The GPS seems to be accurate, it has an alarm that he uses every morning to wakeup with, I put it on school mode, and he's able to receive texts from me through the app, and phone calls from anyone I put on the contacts list. The only thing I have not tried out yet is adding the app to my husbands' phone so he can also text. Assuming that will work but we'll see. Otherwise, great connection, you can hear the person on the call easily without having to hold the watch up to his face (some other watches we tried had that issue). Overall, great watch once you get one with the SIM working properly! Could never get the watch to work properly. Set it up and couldn't make calls. Did a few adjustments and restarts and it made a call and seemed to work for about a day and then started giving a "No SIM" error. Worked with customer service back and forth for 10 days (they only have email so it would take a day before I would hear from them and be able to try what they suggest to fix it) and finally got it working again. It worked for 1 day and then started giving a different error and wouldn't make calls again. I gave up and returned.

This is our second watch from Xplora. We highly recommend this product and have inspired multiple people to buy one for their child. It is the perfect thing to have prior to moving to a cell phone for your kid who is pre-teen age. We have given to our children at their 10th birthdays. One thing to note is it is difficult to find a cell plan that is affordable when you need very little data etc. we have used Fido and it is a less than $20/month plan.

Ho acquistato lo smartwatch per mio figlio x motivi di sicurezza e reperibilità, è un buon prodotto che funziona con una SIM (sembra più compatibile con Wind) , si possono memorizzare i numeri più importanti x effettuare e ricevere chiamate e videochiamate, sms e altre funzioni...ha il GPS per monitorare la posizione tramite l' app. Nella scatola sono inclusi cavo di ricarica e istruzioni. Lo consiglio a tutti i genitori, x esempio da usare quando il bambino è in gita o ambienti di confusione in cui ci sono molte persone, si può contattare facilmente e tenere sotto controllo.
