When I put the headsets on the base unit (which is plugged in) the charging light for the headsets turns neither red nor green. No lights at all. Why

I have noticed the same thing on at least 2 models of Sennheiser headphones. In my experience, the light does in fact light up (albeit dimly) after about 15-30 seconds. This design flaw really limits usability for seniors, whose eyesight might not allow them to see it. But I will also say that we have never run into any other technical issue with this company's headphones. One last item, it might (emphasis on might) be due to the rechargeable batteries may need to be replaced. Unfortunately the only was to test this is the run them down all the way, and try to recharge them.

do they connect by bluetooth?

Thanks for your question. The transmitter connects to TV via analog RCA outputs or 3.5mm analog (headphone) jack. It has no bluetooth capability. World Wide Stereo – since 1979 – and a proud authorized Sennheiser dealer.

Who sells extra bluetooth rs120 headsets? i have seen some older rf versions of the 120 headset for sale but not the newer bluetooth version.

I never looked for the Bluetooth version, so I’m not sure. I vaguely remember seeing headsets on sale on EBay, and I believe that the manufacturer website has a link to a parts department.
