In 2006, I was diagnosed with ADHD and BiPolary II disorder. For the next three years, I experienced the ups and downs of the myriad of medications prescribed for treatment. One caused massive weight gain, others made me jittery, elevated my blood pressure, made my heart race, and caused a variety of mostly minor but troubling side effects. I started exploring the area of natural, homeopathic treatments when I became deeply worried about the long-term effects on my cardio system, weight, and especially liver caused by these powerful drugs. Nutrition played a part, but it didn't provide all the answers. Recently a news report came out about how certain supplements were showing great promise in the treatment of ADD and ADHD in particular, as well as a myriad of other psychological disorders. Sadly, I missed most of the report on the news (Fox News) as I turned the television on near the close of the segment. But it was enough to set me off on a new search. I found an article I was already taking Omega 3 & 5HTP as part of my supplement regime that had already been shown to be beneficial both for the ADHD and BiPolar. So I started searching for some of the others on the list and discovered this product that covered the most bases, including 7 of the 12 listed! I was already taking 2 of the others and caffeine intake is no problem (one of the other items) so thought I'd give it a try. My order came in on October 15. I started taking it on the 16th, just half-dose (1 pill) to make sure I didn't have any adverse effects. I have to drive a lot, so I can't have anything that will interfere. I didn't expect, nor did I get any change the first day. I slept pretty soundly that night, but whether or not this was the cause I can't say for sure. Day 2, I took one pill in the morning, and another after my drive time, about 3 hours later. Since I work a split shift and start my day about 4 a.m., I typically take a nap late morning. I noticed right away that I wasn't nearly as tired, and my nap was about half it's normal time. Since I'd experienced no type of upset, on day 3 I went ahead and took both pills about 4:30 a.m. Again, I'd slept pretty good, but still felt tired. When I hit the road at 5:30, I noticed how ALERT I felt! Focus was great, and after my morning shift I noticed that I found several things to do instead of going home for a nap. Improved focus, clarity and energy, but absolute ZERO jitters or other "amphetamine" effects. I have indeed found that over the next week, my overall mental clarity has been markedly improved. I haven't considered upping the dosage at this point, but may in the next week or two to see if, FOR ME, there will be a worthwhile improvement. Now on day 12, I'm very pleased with this supplement! Truly, I've been feeling the best, most focused, and most productive I've felt in several years since I weaned myself off Adderall. I realize that even "natural" supplements can have some detrimental effects, but I'd much rather that than the major negatives of powerful pharmaceuticals. I look forward to reading about the results others experience. Update 12/8/19 - My doctor had switched some of my meds recently, so when I ran out of the bottle I had on hand I decided, since the anti-depressant I am now on, was working SO well that perhaps I didn't need to take this for my ADHD symptoms. I didn't notice much the first 2 days. By day 3, I was starting to feel slightly out of sorts, focus and clarity wise, but thought perhaps my sleep had been restless and that could be it. By day 4, I was definitely noticing the difference without this product. Placed my order for a new bottle, and returned it to my regular shipments from Amazon, and had it in hand in 2 days. It took a couple days, almost like starting all over, but I definitely am nearly back on track! I did notice after returning this to my morning regimen that there was some stomach upset, requiring me to eat something, which I had not experienced when not taking it. So I'd definitely recommend that this be taken with food, even a boiled egg or cheese stick, piece of toast, whatever is your fancy. Could be just me, but that's my experience. With no desire to return to the heavy-hitting Adderal, I will continue to take this supplement as long as I can afford it.

All I can say is I am so grateful that I chose this product. Nu-Clarity. I have ADHD from childhood. I also have anxiety and OCD. The OCD is a comorbidity of the ADHD. It’s more organizational in nature. I’m not the germaphobe type . I have taken various pharmaceutical drugs over the years. Adderall helped me the most but I had some odd side effects from it. I finally settled on Lexapro (name brand) not generic, as I have reactions to the binders in many drugs. The lexapro never really helped me focus. However it made me Not care that I couldn’t focus, if that makes sense. It also helped slow the rapid firing of my thoughts. After 5 years I wanted to stop taking it and felt ready to go a more natural route. It was not easy getting off the Lexapro and I allowed myself months to taper. After a few months of being off of it my anxiety slowly began to creep back , I felt all-over the place, I was forgetting things , misplacing everything and I wasn’t too happy. It seemed that everyday was a challenge. I thought about going back on the lexapro but before I did I thought “What do I have to lose?” By trying something else first. I had done a lot of reading on nootropics and read through many different testimonials and carefully read through the ingredients in several different ones. I guess I got really really lucky in the first try with Nu-Clarity. The day it came I was at wits end. I had left my apartment in NYC and forgot my keys. It’s so disheartening to be so forgetful and all over the place. Honestly, I didn’t have much hope but I was happy to try anything other than prescription meds. The first day I took two capsules with food I felt really sleepy. But I felt calm and focused. Like really calm. I didn’t let the fact that it made me sleepy deter me from continuing. Sometimes the body needs to get adjusted. I’m truly ADHD so often supplements or medications that are intended to wake one up will make me calm. So, I kept taking it. It’s almost one week later and all I can say is I can only hope that this continues to work. I feel so focused. I don’t feel anxious and everyday has been a “good” day since I started taking these. I can assure you that for me, this no placebo case. I have leaned over the years to carefully observe what makes me stressed so I can navigate around the triggers or work with them. One of the things is my dreaded mornings in which I wake up feeling like someone hit me in the head with a brick . I am not feeling that way since I began taking this supplement. I wake up everyday and want to talk. Huh? Who is this person. Another thing I noticed is that my boyfriends alarm on his iPad that gets us up every morning is not making my heart pound out of my chest. It’s almost as if this supplement has me calm, focused, less reactive, I'm completing tasks (like this review). I never write reviews. I feel like it’s work and I should be paid to write them. However, this review came with ease. I feel positive and so happy I found this particular nootropic. Hoping I hit the jackpot on my first try. Started to take NuClarity and within 2-4 days started to notice a difference in my mood and thinking. The bottle explains it all clarity, that's the best way to describe it makes you think more clear and those things that normally would set you over the edge become an easy obstacle to overcome. The only negative I have is after taking for about 2 weeks I started to have an annoying eye twitch. After 5 days of my eye twitching I stopped taking NuClarity for a couple days then started talking it again and no twitch. Not sure if it's related to this but I have never had that happen for more than a couple hours. But overall 100% satisfied!!

Duplicate charge showed on my PayPal but not on Amazon so I could t get the Amazon robot to let me cancel. Duplicate charge showed as being from a different payee on PayPal so PayPal robot didn’t believe it was a duplicate. Fun! I did notice the first charge said “pending” even tho both had come thru on the PayPal end and my PayPal balance was showing a negative (thank goodness I hadn’t used my regular debit card) when I saw that I decided to sit tight a day and see if the first charge might disappear and it did. Still, what the heck?! Only noticed today that the bottle was short about 20 capsules based on how many I’ve taken so far (been keeping very close track of dosage and times and effects). So. Found it on Walmart so I’m going to order from there in future since I think less chance of getting charged more than once and it will be easier for returns maybe if they short me again. Now the good part (and why I’ll be very bummed if they make a habit of shorting the bottles etc) —- it is working SO SO SO well. I was interested in help with exec function, memory issues and also emotional regulation. Didn’t expect it to help with the latter really but it IS as well as helping with rejection sensitivity etc. I feel like I have a normal brain for the first time in my life. Note I am on anti-anxiety meds too but this is for sure doing what I wanted and is helping hugely and I do not feel buzzed all the time like I did on adderall etc which didn’t do much for my emotional stuff anyway but did great with exec function. So, I highly recommend the product but you should beware when ordering and count your capsules when you get it.

Just or4dered this formula for recovery and fatgue from the daily fog feeling when i wake up. I was drowsy and tired all the time. I just took the capsules 2 in morning and 2 in evening cause i get up to work a 4am each day. Erased all the fatigue and sleepyness i feel when i sit up. Gone ! I feel refreshed and alert when i take on empty stomach. No pain behind my eyes or tightness in my face. No side effects as it is a natural formula. Premium is on the bottle and it is correct in my sense of taking it. Happy this company makes a great natural product that works on the mind and keeps you alert the entire day. This product is wonderful-- Combined with just a little bit of caffeine (one cup of coffee) in the morning, this product has helped improve my focus immensely at work. I was prescribed Adderrall all through junior high, high school and college and I have been looking for a substitute without the harmful side effects for years. I've even changed my diet and exercise routine multiple times to try and help improve my cognitive function, but haven't had much luck until now. While its still pretty early on in use of this product, I believe I may have finally found the substitute I've been looking for. I love that NuClarity is all natural, helps improve my focus without jitters, and I've even noticed a marked decrease in my anxiety levels while using this. I'm calmer, more focused and just feel better throughout the day. For Adderrall users, I will caution you that simply switching your Adderall bottle for case of NuClarity won't give you the same effect. Adderrall is an amphetamine, which almost puts you in a subdued, focused "frenzy". NuClarity works differently and the effects are much more subtle. However, if you'd like to finally kick Adderrall to the curb once and for all, then combining NuClarity with a healthy, balanced diet, and regular exercise to keep your blood pumping, and a little good old fashioned effort, NuClarity is undoubtedly the way to go. Your focus will improve and you'll feel SO much better overall. Highly recommend it for people who want that extra focused 'edge' at work or school, but want to get it the natural, healthy, and more sustainable way.

I randomly saw an ad for a "brain booster" while looking something up on my phone. (I'm assuming based on the questions my kids ask Siri, my phone thought a brain booster might be something I needed). I had never heard of this type of thing, so I started looking into different products and ingredients. I ended up choosing Nu-Clarity. It had the best ingredients, the price was good and the reviews seemed good. I've been using it for almost a month and I really like it. I feel more focused, with less anxiety. One side benefit is that I'm not drinking as much coffee. Since I've become a stay at home mom, my coffee intake is getting out of hand. Less coffee for me means less cream and sugar. This isn't a weight loss product, but I personally have lost 5lbs because I was able to give up my coffee addiction while still being able to function throughout the day. For many years I have been searching for the most effective Natural Nootropic Complex Supplements. The most effective ones seem to have one factor in common. They all have at least one each of 4 basic Nootropic components. Amino acids, Choline, Fatty Acids, and Herbal Nootropics. What I found is that the Nootropic Complex that uses DMAE and St. John's Wort tends to make me a little drowsy at times, but NuClarity which uses Alpha-GPC and Rhodiola Rosea always leaves me in an alert state of mind. Therefore, I must recommend NuClarity over all other similar Nootropic products which I have sampled.
