Well, it's hard to say so quickly what effect this is having, but the capsules are easy to swallow, perfect for a vegetarian, there's no aftertaste and I fully expect to reap the rewards soon. I'll add to this if I need to.

Amazing for vegans or those with fish allergies. These are a regular that I get every month as I notice a massive difference in my health when taking them. My nails grow quicker and stronger and so does my hair. I notice my eyebrows and eyelashes grow much quicker. I have IBS and they don't cause me any digestive issues. The capsules are very small and easy to swallow. There is no had smell or taste and no strange burps. Highly recommend!

Im using it for the last 15 days. After watching seaspiracy on flix, can’t really buy fish omega 3 anymore, this is more expensive but i think It’s worth it

No fishy repeats at all, and my joints feel so much better. Pain in my knee when walking has actually disappeared. I’d tried actual fish oil capsules in the past but the fishy repeats made me incredibly nauseous, so these vegan ones are a godsend.

It's great to have a vegan-friendly source of Omega 3 & as you may expect, these capsules are largely flavourless & easy to swallow. The only downside is they contain Carrageenan - once degraded, Carrageenan can cause inflammation (it's used to induce inflammation in animals for experimentation purposes) & colon cancer, so I'll be keeping a close eye on the 'use-by' date! To me, these capsules seem to be on the expensive side but then vegan-friendly supplements do generally seem to be rather pricey at the moment.

Bought this several times before. Good vegan organic omega-3. Easy to swallow. If it leaks, smell not pleasant. There's no taste, and that is good. Being vegan you do have to pay a bit much more. It's worth it.
