Interesting product. It's marked on the box as "Made in China". But the sensor itself is not only stamped "VDO' but also "Made in Germany". It's exactly the same form as the real VDO product but at a bargain price. And it seems to work just fine. I'm happy. no leaks...

This sender is legit, indistinguishable from the one that says VDO on the box, down to the last detail. Much better price too.

it's reliable

Exactly what I needed to resolve a leaking pressure sending unit. Arrived in new packaging, on time and in perfect condition. Good solid electrical connections and a leak free NPT pressure connection.

Thought VDO would be best, not the case. Showed 19psi on startup, 10psi after warmup, 0psi when idling engine. I knew better, so installed a mechanical gauge directly into port. 43psi on startup, 40 after warmup, 39 when idling. This VDO sender is not accurate at all.
