For me the pill is large. But works good

This product was recommended by a nutritionist that I saw recently to help with sleep. It works well if you need it to help you get to sleep, which I usually don't. What I needed it for was to stay asleep and I'm not quite sure that it does that or if it is something that it is supposed to do. Give it a try!

This is the only glucosamine/chondroitin product that I have felt that I have had results. I have be taking it for nearly 10 years now. The short intervals when I have not had it I felt more pain/discomfort. Plus it's price point is excellent compared to similar quality products.

I have arthritis in both hands and have tried various supplements that did not help. I purchased and used one bottle of the Source Natural product and did not immediately repurchase a replacement. It was during the interim that I realized how much worse the pain was without the the product. I ordered more and will continue to use it daily.

With regular use I detect a differnece in creaky joints. This product works.

It was mildly helpful until I tried another brand offered on Amazon. I do muscle testing so found another brand that works better for me. It might be ok for you, just not enough for me.
