Ive never bought a case mate case before because I could never understand why they were so expensive. Now I get it. What a great case. I was unsure at first about the two pieces snapping and staying together but it feels sturdy. The lock and volume button work great, just like if you didn’t have a case on at all. Case makes the iPhone X a little thicker but not in a bad way. Easy to hold and does not slip out of your hand. Camera and screen are well protected from lips. I do not drop my phone but I will update how the case protects if I ever do. I bought this refurbished from amazon for a great price. I was worried the case would come scratched or flawed but it looks brand new. The box looked brand new too except for a refurbished sticker on the back. This is why I love amazon.

This gold flake is my favorite phone case. I had this on my IPhone 6 and then I purchased the mother of pearl and silver case as a change up. However, for my IPhone 8 Plus, I changed back to this gold flake case. It catches the sun perfectly, and I receive compliments on it everywhere. It is worth the money. I have it on my black phone and it makes a great contrast. It covers the phone edge to edge. It has gold buttons on the sides for the volume and the power button. They are easy to press. The main piece that covers the edges and back is a hard, durable plastic that does not scratch easily, and then there is a strong, bendable piece that fits to the front of the phone that goes on the phone first and then you ease the phone in from the left side of the phone to the right. It creates a nice seal and dirt doesn’t get into the back.

This is a great case. I have the iPhone XS and it’s in perfect condition so I didn’t need a new phone. This case makes me feel like my phone is brand new! It’s a great price, keeps my phone safe, and it’s gorgeous!

Love the way this case looks. Also very sturdy and durable. Dropped my phone multiple times and no breaks. If you are planning on using a magnet behind the phone to attach to a phone holder, it will not do a good job. I have a stretchable holder to fit my phone in, so it hold the case very well.Love the price also.

A product that ACTUALLY arrived in 2 days as promised by prime membership. That seems to be getting rare lately. Anyway, the case is striking. I know they may vary case to case, and I was worried that maybe I wouldn't get an attractive case due to lack of mother of pearl or glitter. I can tell you there is plenty of sparkle in this case with nice mother of pearl coverage and it looks amazing. Truly as good as the seller photos. The case is very sturdy, and in fact, difficult to put on and extremely difficult to remove. I tried to take it off because it felt as if some protective plastic was stuck between the case and phone and actually gave up. But I feel like it really protects the phone. The case is a hardened plastic, not the flexible jelly type.

Seriously my favorite. It lasted YEARS until finally the clear started turning yellow (probably from smoke) and also some water got inside (I like to be on my phone while in the bath)...mold started growing inside due to the water (yuck). I had to get rid of the case, but like I said it is beautiful design and lasted YEARS. The yellow and the water getting in was my fault, so not the products fault. I would buy this again in a heart beat.

I received this item and had to return it for a refund. The first item I received was yellowed acrylic instead of clear. I sent it back and had a replacement sent. The first replacement was just the same. I wanted the case, do I had Amazon send me another replacement. Again, the second replacement was also yellowed. I ended returning it for a refund. It seems the item may be old. Perhaps this causes the clear acrylic to yellow (even though it is new). You would think the item has been in use for a while. On all three cases that I was sent, the color of the mother of pearl was more brown than the white that is seen on the photos.

This case is absolutely beautiful!! Looks exactly like the picture and is even prettier than I expected. I was hesitant to buy because lots of reviews said it added so much bulk and weight but it’s not as much as I thought and the slight extra weight makes it feel secure and protected to me .. so pretty I don’t even want to put my PopSocket on it yet but I will ( I drop my phone on my face a lot in bed lol ) the price will deter some but it’s on sale now! Get it! You’ll love it.

You don’t sacrifice durability for looks with this case. I am hard on my iPhone cases and they usually hit the floor a couple times a month. Despite that, this case has held up. The back plastic is starting to getting a little scratched up but I’m still happy with it and love the mother of pearl design. The volume and power buttons are easy to use and standing up to use, and the opening for chargers, speakers, etc are all in the right place.

I had this case for my iPhone 6s Plus and just had to have it again for my X!!

My case has fallen so many times and hasn’t broken and has no visible scratches on the case. It also doesn’t change colour. Would really recommend
