**Q: Does it really count points?**
A: What I can figure, there are two selections: one does a 1 minute countdown and you are supposed to score as many points as possible. The other selection I don’t understand. The issue is that not all basketball scores get counted. I believe it’s a light sensor and some scores get missed. We don’t use the score part.

**Q: Will it scratch the door?**
A: Thank you for your question, please don't worry, our backboard and hooks are attached with foam pads, which can protect the door from scratches and can effectively reduce noise.

**Q: is this a good workout?**
A: I have my goal in my 7th grade classroom. When the kids have been good and everybody has finished their work, I give them the last few minutes to play. It came with 2 balls so everybody gets to shoot. They LOVE it!

**Q: What is the screw size for the door mounting brackets? They were not in the box and we do not want to mount to the wall.**
A: Unfortunately, this is the part where they're failing to provide important necessary instructions and easy info to help put items together. I have found being creative and improvising is a better alternative solution to the problem.
