Review: A Smaller Ruin, But Useful... - QP3D's Ruined Citadel Collection features some very nice pieces, made of good quality PLA and at better prices than most plastic gaming scenery. All the sets in the Ruins collection match each other architecturally, allowing them to be combined to make an entire ruined citadel. This one may not be the largest or most impressive, but it can be very useful for filling corners between runs of other walls and lines of arches. Also, it has a raised upper level (where the winged Demoness is in the picture) which can support three to four 'human' sized miniatures without them being crammed ridiculously. Primer applies perfectly to the PLA (I use Vallejo surface primer) and any decent acrylics of choice can be used for painting. (I use Vallejo Game and Reaper Master Series). The cute Half-Demon sisters in the first image are a 32mm and a 28mm figure respectively, to give some scale. It didn't work as its so little it floats. Also more clarification on the fact it need painting.
