Works fast for me.
Some temporary medicine gave me a stuffy nose and I was looking for a nasal spray stronger than saline but without an antihistamine. I found this in a drugstore and it was very helpful. It also works well on mornings when it takes awhile to clear my sinuses and throat without help. This works fast. I’m not bothered by the capsicum and the Xylitol helps with dryness. I wanted to buy more and give one to a relative but didn’t see it stocked in stores so ordered online.

The tingle burns so good
Though the capsicum has a little bit of a tingling sensation, the overall products benefits for keeping sinuses clear is very apparent. I live in Texas, and with the humidity and pollen in the air this stuff has been highly effective in keeping things clear!

Not much to say. If you need to moisturize you sinuses and give them a spicy kick to enable tears, this is the stuff.
