Really nice kettle, I upgraded to stainless steel after another kettle got discolored and this one is very well designed. One button to boil, auto shut off, stainless steel interior, measuring units on the inside. Simple!

I’ve only used this about 5 times so far but I’ve been really enjoying this Zwilling cool touch kettle. It heats water super fast and actually stays cool on the outside, which is a big plus. The matte black finish looks great on my counter and I love the simple, clean design. It feels modern without being flashy. One of my favorite features is the hidden cord storage underneath, which keeps everything looking tidy. It’s one of those things I didn’t think I’d care that much about, but now I use it every day and genuinely love it

I love this thing. I have been on the hunt for a cheap electric kettle, and this thing is perfect. I love that I can fill it to almost any amount, turn it on, and just forget it. It has worked problem free for 6 months.

This is working so far as expected. Meets the need, but we have had several other brands that do not last very long so we are still hopeful this is the one. Love the design and looks great on the countertop.

This is the best nontoxic kettle, it heats water up quickly and quietly. It looks good on the counter as well. I’ve been using this daily for the last year and doesn’t show any signs or wear.

This kettle is exactly what I wanted: elegant design, extremely easy to clean, simple to use, and quiet.

One month later right after return period ends, the kettle leaks water from the bottom. This kettle is not sealed making it quite dangerous to use! Electrical fire risk! Also only has on/off setting. Cost $100. I wouldn’t pay $10 if I had known.

Beautiful design, sturdy metal body, crappy electric switch – broken after 10 months (won't hold)... Do not buy.

Feels cheap and very plastic for the price. Lid doesn’t fully open so it is difficult to clean out. Would not buy it again.

This review concerns the delivery rather than the product. It was another example of a Prime delivery going astray, this time for 3 days. Amazon offers no explanation of why. What are customers paying for with expedited delivery or the Prime service?

Really good quality and a nice minimalistic design. But it's just an electric kettle. I use it for 2 or 3 weeks and it just works. If you are wanna something more "smart" with additional features I guess the PRO version will suit you better. But, if you are looking for a device that will just boil the water and do well. This kettle is your choice.

This worked great for 6 weeks and then started sometimes working and sometimes not working. It would start up and then stop. I have to move it on and off the base several times to get it work. For a $100 kettle this is garbage. Amazon won't help, so now I have to go to the company to see if they can help.
