Since the title does say "AeroPilates" I was expecting at least a little rebounder work. For me, some of the exercises did not feel very comfortable nor effective, such as the "church pose." Also, some of the movements are more for mat, rather than for machine, so for me there was no value in including them in a pilates machine DVD (such as lower body roll side to side, hands behind back with fingers touching).
