Good quality and high voltage rating.
These seem to be very good quality capacitors, and the 450V rating is great for my hobby renovating antique radios.

These test great!
I needed high voltage filter capacitors for a project. The few that I sampled out of the 10 I received were all over 47uf, and had low leakage at a little over 400V (no need for me to go higher). Seems like a great set of capacitors!
