I brought the soft white 2700K, 40W, 4$. Definitely doesn't flicker one of the light bulbs that I previously had was doing a lot of flickering and that's one of the reason why I mainly wanted to replace that light bulb and the energy efficients I'm not too sure about that yet I guess I have to wait until my next light bill comes in to see if it really does make a difference and the noise level there is no noise level what's so ever. But the functionality of it is very simple you just plug it into a light socket and turn it on and you'll be able to use it.
