Does this foil have oil on it, like most commercial food grade foils?

I'm not exactly sure if it is oil, but it is pretty slippery smooth like the commercial grade.

Is this thicker than pitmasters choice? (1.4mill) they r out if stick and everything else seems noticeably thinner and is not usable for my purposes
