My husband spent 2-3 hours of his life explaining to the (very sweet but deeply frustrating) call centre based in the Philippines. They sent two replacements out quite promptly. They then made “clear” that the charging voltage should not be high, but apparently you could still plug it in to a walk socket directly. Over the next few months both replacements and the third exorbitant urgent replacement I bought have failed with the same issue, and that despite only using low voltage charging via a laptop, which online resources say seem to be most ‘reliable’. In summary these pumps are very expensive, require additional costly accessories to optimise, and don’t last more than 2 to 3 months. I urge you not to buy them, because I guarantee you they will fail.
