RxSugar 1 Pound Canister 6-Pack

I use this product instead of sugar for all my baking needs. My nutritionist told me about it so I decided to try it. I find that baked goods like cakes aren't just sweet tasting enough to be good but not overly sweet to make you cringe. Too often store bought cakes are just dripping with sweetness, this lets you satisfy your sweet tooth without the sugar high and without affecting your glycemic index.

We like these and use them all the time in coffee and other uses of regular sugar.

The picture makes this look similar to sugar but has the texture of laundry detergent and isn't sweet at all. Very disappointed and I won't use it. Hopefully I will find a non GMO version of allulose that is similar to sugar in texture that doesn't come from china.

It took about 2 days to adapt to taking this. Dr. David Permutter takes it, himself, for glucose stabilization. A researcher he interviewed on his podcast also said to take a tiny amount alongside a high sucrose or fructose food. Ive been doing so everyday for about a month and it has helped my weight loss. You must not only track your glucose levels but your insulin levels as well. There are foods that pass the glucose test but will still spike your insulin levels

If in 10 years there’s no evidence that Allulose causes cancer, this is an excellent substitute. For me, it’s a good sugar replacement.

this stuff is so bitter you have to add a 1/3 of the can to get anything sweet. I do not think it is worth the price. if you want to get away from artificial sweeteners go with pure monk fruit just make sure it is pure with nothing else added to it.

Since I've learned about allulose I have started to use it. I realized that I didn't want to use the brands that were not organic because it's made out of corn and sugar beets. In this country, most corn is GMO and all sugar, beets or GMO. It really works great. You should give it a try.

Decent product, but it doesn’t fully dissolve in cold drinks. Product itself is irregular in size and doesn’t look like real granules of sweetener.
