Can I use this with separate drinking faucet on my sink?

Yes as long as it can connect to the water supply for that faucet. If the drinking faucet and main faucet of the sink share the same water supply it will filter both.

Anyone knows the difference between sw10 vs. sw15? only the size difference?

Hi dear customer, the dimension of SW10 and SW15 is different: SW10 size: 4.9*6.1*15 inch SW15 size: 4.9*6.4*18.9 inch The filtration performance of SW10 and SW15 is totally the same as the filter cartrdge elements are the same. However, the filter service life are different. Each filter cartridge of SW10 can last 12-16 months, and SW15 can last 16-24 months.
