i put mine in freezer and get them slushy. then i was told if i freeze it take the protein out. is this true?

A PHYSICAL change ONLY takes place when freezing milk products; CHEMICAL changes do not take place. So NO, milk proteins do not become 'damaged,' nor do they 'disappear' when they are frozen and then thawed. The same is true for all MEAT and PLANT proteins, except that meat and plant proteins do not have the characteristic separation of mild proteins from water in a gallon of milk when thawed. Cheese freezes well.

lactose free?

Milk protein and lactose are two different things.  A person with lactose intolerance can still have milk protein.  Milk protein is a protein and lactose is a sugar.  The ingredients indicate only 1g of sugar, but list sucralose.  Sucralose is a sugar, so this is where the 1g of sugar is coming from.  Ensure Max Protein drinks also list 1g of sugar with sucralose listed as a sugar and it is suitable for lactose intolerance individuals.  I have not had the Premier Protein shakes, but I've had the Ensure Max with no problems and I am lactose intolerant.

Question 3

Why were one of my drinks moldy and curdled? I have photos and a video if you want to see. Amazon refunded my money but I’m very sick now.

I also received curdled shakes and Amazon refunded the price, even though the return date had passed, since the shakes were not expired. I stored  them properly, sealed in a cool dry place.  I'm really sad about how gross it was because root beer was my favorite flavor and now I don't like them anymore.
