Canon CRG-045 4-Color Complete Toner Cartridge Set

The original is the only one to use .Good Quality - My Cannon won't work with the off brands ( The printer knows when the other brand are there and it WILL not print correctly)

I've tried four different 3rd party brands and none of them work as good as genuine Canon. In the worst case, the 3rd party cartridges "leaked" excessive dust leaving quite a mess and hazard to clean up. In the other cases, the cartridges had poor color, streaked, uneven darkness and/or did not last long. On the other hand, genuine Canon is excellent quality. Great color and clarity from the first page to the last page printed. Lasts a long time. Unfortunately, this toner is no longer sold in high capacity, but for home use, standard capacity should be more than enough.

The last set of four I received had two counterfeit toners. Amazon discovered this was a problem and refunded the entire cost of the set. So I bought this set. All toner cartridges had the authentic Canon seal on the box, and have performed just fine.

These are real OEM cartridges, which means they actually WORK, without bleed. Tried aftermarket cartridges (unfortunately bought high yield so had them awhile) and they left a pink streak down the side of every page and less than optimal color saturation. Finally broke down and bought these insanely expensive cartridges. Debated just getting a new printer since they're about the same cost, but new printers only come with enough ink in small cartridges for start up, so it didn't make sense. I wish they were cheaper, but truly, these printers only work well with OEM.

Works perfectly. Just like it should. So much better than messing around with cheap, inferior quality “compatible” cartridges.

I paid a premium for Canon toner, thinking at least it should be reliable. Looks like that was too optimistic. I print very little in general, but within a couple months the black toner had started streaking on the side of the page. I called support and they walked me through some cleaning steps, ultimately concluding that the toner cartridge was bad. Instead of replacing it, they told me the warranty only covered it for 30 days, so I was just out of luck and had to buy a new one.Next time I'm buying a printer or toner, it won't be from Canon.

Like some other buyers in these reviews, I too thought I could get away with off-brand toner. I use my ImageCLASS printer for business purposes and I am using the printer every day and the print quality is a reflection of my business. The quality started to diminish and I fought and fought with the printer settings and finally I knew it was time to just swallow my pride and buy the on-brand toner. (Forget the fact my husband had been telling me this since day one, but who ever listens to their spouse?! lol). I am so glad I finally gave in because this toner is perfect and I will never defy the printer gods and buy an off-brand toner again, promise.
