Kimbo Caffè in Grani - 1 Kg - Espresso Barista 100% Arabica è già sinonimo di qualità poi ci vuole la mano di chi fa il caffè, è un caffè in grani per cui se ti piace quest'arte, bisogna guardare tante sfaccettature, la grana di macinatura, la pressatura per avere un caffè più amaro o meno oppure più acido o meno, e poi l'estrazione del caffè con temperature dell'acqua diverse. Sembra facile ma con questo caffè si riesce ad avere un buon compromesso. Grazie.

Un café savoureux, élégant et constant 100 % italien
Le KIMBO Café Espresso Barista 100 % Arabica la reference italienne . Dès l'ouverture du paquet, les arômes sont riches, intenses et particulièrement agréables. Une fois en tasse, on obtient un espresso équilibré, avec une belle creme, une grande douceur et des notes aromatiques raffinées typiques des meilleurs Arabicas. Le café présente très peu d'amertume tout en conservant suffisamment de caractère pour satisfaire les amateurs d'espresso italien. Que ce soit en espresso, en café allongé ou dans des boissons lactées, le résultat est toujours remarquable. Les grains sont de belle qualité, réguliers et parfaitement adaptés aux machines automatiques comme aux moulins expresso. Après avoir essayé de nombreuses références, celui-ci fait clairement partie de mes favoris.
