I’ve been using LMNT for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed. I live in a hot climate and sweat a lot during workouts, so staying hydrated is important. LMNT is Awesome. It is a must try for sure. I’ve tried a few Electrolyte Drink mixes. Some are good and some are just okay. It just depends on your individual needs. I’ve struggled with low sodium and potassium levels for a while, and this did the trick with key ingredients. The Taste is good but yes a bit salty, for me the magic number is 28 oz of water per one packet. It mixes well and is not grainy at all like other powders. All the flavors are good, again a based in individual palate. I use one packet per day after workouts or housework and it hits the spot, I prefer it with cold water.

I decided to try these because I'm on a potassium sparing diuretic, so I can't have most sports drinks as they have way too much potassium & magnesium. So these are perfect for me.I was worried that they would taste like a salt lick and be unpalatable. But tried them based on reviews saying they're pretty good and about as salty as a sip from a margarita with a salt rim. After tasting them, I'd say that's a good comparison. I really like them, and the sample pack is great so I could find which ones I like best and order those in a big pack!The grapefruit flavor in particular masks the salt taste very well. I was seriously shocked at how much less salty-tasting it is than the others I've tried so far. At the time if writing this review, I have yet to taste the citrus or raspberry, but I'm looking forward to it.
