Weighted Jump Rope for Fitness - 3LB Heavy Jump Ropes for Exercise, Weighted Adult Skipping Rope for Women & Men, Battle Rope For Gym Training, Home Workout,Total Body Workouts

This is a heavy rope so really is quite the workout. If you are up for a challenge this will fit the bill.

Returning it. Takes forever to turn, reach the ground when you’re turning it. Maybe it’s just me. Too heavy I guess

Excelente para ejercitarse… los ciclos para el brindo son mas lentos pero exigentes.

These are very durable and heavy. As with any jump rope, don't use them on concrete or any other rough surface that will chew away at them. Really gets my arms burning and I get a good workout. you could use these to help someone out of a hole if it's not that far down. I'm sure you can use them to tie down some furniture while moving. If you got smacked by these you would get a concussion. You could probably use them to tie a person against or according to their will, if that's your thing.

Buen producto tal cual imagen, pero si necesitas tener habilidad brincando más que nada condiciones, para principiantes no lo recomiendo, ya que si se siente diferencia de una cuerda común a una convencional
