Very happy with this gumshield, it allows better breathing and allows you to talk better during sports whilst providing protection. I use this for Gaelic football and I prefer this weekend rather than a gap out of o'neills gumshield.

Best Mouthguard
If you're thinking about playing sports, this mouthguard is the best investment, especially when you need to communicate to your team during the game. I play lacrosse and have tried cheaper, and basic mouthguards and found it so hard to control my breathing and talk to my team mates during matches. I tried other cheaper alternatives which added up to be more expensive than this product in the end, and found that non of it worked out well for me. I decided to invest in this product (as a uni student with a budget it was a hard choice!) and have no regrets at all. I can easily close my mouth, control my breathing, and talk clearly to my team. Moulding it was no issue, at first it was daunting as i had read reviews of it going wrong or not working for some, but I took my time and if it didn't feel right, I would just start over.
