To operate the light you need to click the button multiple times to get it into the mode that you want and to shut it off it isn’t like newer ones where you can just hold the button down and it goes off. It’s fairly compact and bright **Q: how do you change the time? on the bike light** A: This is not a clock function. The timer simply lets you know how much battery life you have left on a particular setting. If the light is set on β€œlow” then your battery life will be longer and if set on β€œhigh” it will be shorter. As you change the light intensity setting you will see the battery time remaining change accordingly. **Q: Do we have to charge it fully for the front light to work. When i charge it it works fine,but when i take it off from charging it is not working.** A: I charged it fully when I first received it, and it worked fine for about 6-8 times (20 to 30 minutes each). When it gets below half charge, two of the four lights on top; take it off and charge. I purchased two of these lights for mine and my wife's bike. I noticed after about 2 weeks of use that one of the lights was depleting the battery faster than the other. The reason I have given the product a 5 star review is because a faulty product can happen to any company, but it is how the company deals with it that speaks to the "quality" of the product, and these guys did great!!! I send their support team and email explaining what was happening. In less than 24 hours I had a reply offering apologies, acknowledging that what I was experiencing did indeed sound like a defect and offering to send me a replacement free of charge. I accepted and within another 24 hours I received a confirmation email stating that the replacement was on the way. This is what is means to "stand by your products" and for that they get 5 stars!! BTW, it is a great little light. Very powerful. My wife and I ride almost every day for about 2 hours at night.
