I have a bad knee that makes long trips difficult, but this allows me to stretch out my legs. It's also great for the drive in theater. Just pack all your pillows and cuddle up to enjoy your movie better. Quick camping trips, or naps on my lunch break. I'm over 40, and this is a bit thin for sleeping on more than one night. But overall I'm pretty happy with it. Inflates quickly, and isn't too terrible to do without the air pump. Also I'm 5'7" and I think anyone taller may not fit comfortably. Tho that's just as much the suv size as the mattress. Last note, I love the side edges fill separately.
